Amman, The Gulf Observer: Kazakhstan’s male athletes finished third at the Under-17 Asian Freestyle Wrestling Championships held in Amman, Jordan, according to the National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan as reported by media.

The highlight of the event for Kazakhstan was Kassimbek Edyge, who secured the country’s only gold medal in the 110kg category. Bekasyl Assambek added to the medal tally with a silver in the men’s freestyle 60kg category.

Kazakhstan also claimed six bronze medals, showcasing the depth of their young wrestling talent. The bronze medalists include:
