Kelab STMI Holds Annual General Meeting 2025 at Malaysian High Commission in Islamabad

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Kelab STMI successfully convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 on December 19 at the High Commission of Malaysia in Islamabad. The meeting brought together committee members and general members to review the year’s achievements and to elect new office-bearers for the upcoming term.
The AGM began with opening remarks by the President of Kelab STMI, Mr. Mohd Syafik Firdaus, who expressed his sincere appreciation to the committee members of the 2025 session for their dedication, commitment, and exemplary cooperation throughout the year. He highlighted that teamwork, a strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to contribute were key factors behind the successful implementation of the Kelab’s programmes and activities.
Mr. Syafik also thanked all members of Kelab STMI for their active participation and continued support, expressing hope that the Kelab would continue to promote unity, mutual respect, and a strong spirit of camaraderie in the years ahead.
Following the President’s address, the Treasurer and respective Heads of Committees presented detailed reports on the Kelab’s financial status, activities, and programmes conducted during 2025.
The meeting was further honoured by an address from the Patron of Kelab STMI, His Excellency Ambassador Dato’ Mohammad Azhar Mazlan. His Excellency commended the President for his leadership, dedication, and proactive role in organising various initiatives, and also praised the committee and members for strengthening the Kelab’s role and activities.
The AGM concluded with the election of new committee members for the 2026 session, marking the beginning of a new chapter in Kelab STMI’s ongoing efforts to serve its members and foster unity and cooperation.
