Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, prayed for peace, prosperity, and stability for the people of Palestine, the Muslim Ummah, and the entire world on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan 1447 AH.

In an address to Saudi citizens, expatriates, and Muslims across the Kingdom and around the world, King Salman asked Allah Almighty to bless the faithful during the sacred month and to accept their acts of worship. The speech was delivered on his behalf by Salman Al-Dossary, Minister of Media.

“We ask God Almighty to bless us in this virtuous month, to accept our good deeds, and to perpetuate security and prosperity in our country,” the King said, extending his congratulations on the advent of Ramadan — a month in which the gates of Paradise are opened and which contains a night better than a thousand months.

He further prayed for divine assistance in observing fasting, performing prayers, and engaging in acts of worship during the blessed month.

The King also expressed gratitude to Allah for granting the Kingdom the honor of serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, including Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. He affirmed that Saudi Arabia would continue, with God’s help, on the steadfast path established by the nation’s leaders in serving Islam and Muslims.

Addressing Muslims worldwide, King Salman described Ramadan as a magnificent occasion for spiritual purification, performing righteous deeds, strengthening compassion and solidarity, and expressing gratitude for God’s visible and unseen blessings.

The message underscored the Kingdom’s commitment to promoting unity, stability, and service to Islam’s holy sites while extending prayers for global peace and harmony during the sacred month.
