KSrelief to Host Fourth Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum
Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) will host the fourth Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum on February 24-25, 2025, under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, according to media reports on Monday.
With the theme “Navigating the Future of Humanitarian Response,” the forum will coincide with KSrelief’s 10th anniversary. Organized in collaboration with United Nations humanitarian agencies, the event aims to address critical challenges in humanitarian aid and foster innovative solutions.
The forum will convene global leaders, donors, humanitarian workers, and experts for discussions on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of humanitarian response efforts. High-level panel discussions featuring distinguished researchers and specialists from Saudi Arabia and abroad will explore topics such as:
- The role of humanitarian diplomacy in mitigating conflicts and disasters.
- Strategies for the effective delivery of aid and relief supplies.
- Addressing displacement amid escalating conflicts and natural disasters.
