Leaders of Bahrain, Egypt, Tunisia, and UAE to Visit China

Beijing, The Gulf Observer: At the invitation of President Xi Jinping, Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Tunisia’s President Kais Saied, and the United Arab Emirates’ President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan will undertake state visits to China from May 28 to June 1. These visits coincide with their participation in the opening ceremony of the 10th Ministerial Conference of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum.

The announcement was made by Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying on Monday. The visits underscore the deepening ties between China and these Arab nations and are expected to enhance bilateral relations across various sectors.

The China-Arab States Cooperation Forum serves as a critical platform for fostering economic, political, and cultural cooperation between China and Arab countries. This year’s 10th Ministerial Conference is particularly significant as it aims to strengthen strategic partnerships and explore new avenues for collaboration in the face of global challenges.
