Leyla Aliyeva Visits “Citrus Valley” Agro-Ecotourism Facility in Lankaran

Lankaran, The Gulf Observer: Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder and head of the IDEA Public Union, together with Arzu Aliyeva, Head of the Baku Media Center, and Alena Aliyeva, visited the “Citrus Valley” farming enterprise in Lankaran to review its operations and development as a growing agro-gastro-ecotourism destination.

During the visit, the delegation was briefed by facility owner Raftara Shukurova, who highlighted that Citrus Valley is among Azerbaijan’s pioneering agro-ecotourism sites. The enterprise welcomed more than 15,000 tourists in 2024, offering visitors the opportunity to observe agricultural processes—including fruit harvesting—taste regional cuisine, and participate in various master classes.

Leyla Aliyeva, Arzu Aliyeva, and Alena Aliyeva toured the premises, viewed the products on display, met with staff members, and conveyed their best wishes for continued success in the enterprise’s activities.
