Medical Teams Evacuate Gaza Hospital Amid Israeli Military Warning
Gaza City, The Gulf Observer: Medical teams in Gaza urgently evacuated wounded Palestinians from Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital after the Israeli military issued a warning to leave the Al-Daraj, Al-Tuffah, and Old City neighborhoods of Gaza City.
A medical source at the hospital, speaking to Anadolu Agency, confirmed that the teams transferred the wounded and other patients to medical facilities in northern Gaza. The evacuation was prompted by the presence of Israeli quadcopter drones, which were heavily deployed around the hospital. According to the source, these drones fired at civilians, creating an immediate need to evacuate the hospital.
Earlier in the day, Israeli aircraft and artillery targeted various areas in Gaza City. The attacks resulted in dozens of injuries and displaced thousands of families. These military actions coincided with the Israeli army’s call for residents in the specified neighborhoods to evacuate their homes.
This evacuation highlights the escalating tension and urgent humanitarian needs in Gaza as the conflict continues to intensify.
