Hanoi, The Gulf Observer: The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, engaged in fruitful discussions with his counterpart, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son of Vietnam, during a diplomatic visit to Hanoi.
