Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: On 21 September 2024, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the House of Elaan and the International Dispute Resolution Institute, Islamabad.

The partnership marks a significant step towards promoting effective and culturally informed dispute resolution by establishing a structured framework for dispute resolution through arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Adil Qazi, Chairman of IDI, Mr. Faizan Jamal Registrar IDI, Mr. Syed Ali Wasif Member of IDI , Mr. Obaid Ayub Director of Operations , Mr Afroghe Hassan Dar Accounts Manager, Mr Tanzeel ur Rehman Zonal Manager Sales, Mr Sohail Razzaq Senior Hr Manager and Mr Abdul Hanan Digital Marketing Manager House of Elaan.

The MOU will establish an innovative framework that harnesses the strengths of arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. A neutral mediator is appointed to facilitate the resolution process, conducting private sessions, joint sessions, and combined negotiations to ensure that both parties are fairly represented. This approach encourages active participation, allowing both parties to retain control over the final decision.

Mr. Obaid Ayub expressed his hope for boosting cooperation and collaboration by saying that by combining our efforts, we can create a more equitable approach to resolving disputes, rooted in both modern practices and traditional values.

The signing of this MOU represents a milestone in the commitment of both organizations to promoting collaborative and respectful conflict resolution.
