Official Opening of the “Baku Heart Days” 9th International Congress Held in Baku

Baku, The Gulf Observer: The official opening ceremony of the 9th International Congress of “Baku Heart Days,” organized by the Azerbaijan Society for Cardiovascular Surgery, was held today in the capital city.
The ceremony commenced with a solemn tribute, as participants observed a minute of silence in honor of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the nation. This was followed by the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, reinforcing the spirit of national pride and remembrance.
A commemorative video highlighting the life and enduring legacy of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, along with the historical development of Azerbaijan’s healthcare system, was presented to the attendees, setting a reflective and respectful tone for the gathering.
Farah Aliyeva, Head of the Department of Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora, Multiculturalism and Religious Issues of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, delivered the address of President Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the Congress. In his message, the Head of State emphasized the invaluable contributions of the National Leader to the advancement of the country’s healthcare system and acknowledged the importance of international cooperation in the field of cardiology.
The “Baku Heart Days” Congress has become a significant platform for dialogue and collaboration among leading cardiologists, surgeons, and medical experts from around the world. The event plays a crucial role in introducing modern treatment methods and innovative technologies in Azerbaijan.
