Oman Condemns Israeli Decision to Entrench Military Occupation of Gaza

Oman

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: The Sultanate of Oman has strongly condemned and rejected the Israeli government’s decision to entrench its military occupation of the Gaza Strip, denouncing it as a continued violation of international law, defiance of international legitimacy resolutions, and an unchecked assault on the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the Omani Foreign Ministry urged the international community—particularly member states of the United Nations Security Council—to fulfil their legal and moral responsibilities in halting the injustice faced by Palestinians.

The ministry called for decisive and immediate action to restore the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, end the ongoing aggression, and terminate the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories in line with the pre-1967 borders.
