Oman Condemns Israel’s Attempts to Undermine UNRWA

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: The Sultanate of Oman has condemned Israel’s persistent efforts to exclude the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) and its attempt to label the agency as a terrorist organization.

In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Sunday, Oman warned of the negative consequences these actions could have on UNRWA’s role in supporting over two million Palestinians facing severe limitations on their livelihoods. The Sultanate expressed appreciation for the UNRWA’s efforts in providing essential relief to the Palestinian people.

Oman reiterated its call for the urgent implementation of UN resolutions to ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip without obstacles.
