Omani Foreign Minister Delivers Sultan Haitham’s Message to Eritrean President
Asmara, The Gulf Observer: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Isaias Afwerki of Eritrea, focusing on strengthening bilateral relations between the two friendly nations and exploring avenues for enhanced cooperation across various sectors.
The message was delivered by Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Oman’s Foreign Minister, during a reception hosted by President Afwerki on Monday in the Eritrean capital, Asmara.
During the meeting, Sayyid Badr conveyed the greetings and best wishes of His Majesty the Sultan to President Afwerki, expressing hopes for the continued progress and prosperity of the Eritrean people.
In response, President Afwerki extended his greetings and best wishes to His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik and the Omani people, wishing them ongoing development and prosperity.
The meeting underscored the commitment of both nations to strengthening diplomatic and economic ties, fostering mutual cooperation, and deepening their longstanding friendship.
