Pakistan School Muscat observes Eid Milad un Nabi

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: A formal session was conducted to celebrate Eid Milad un Nabi with passion and warmth to pay homage to the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) the Saviour of mankind at Pakistan School Muscat Hall on the 12 Rabi Al Awal 1444 Hijri on October 8, 2022.

The session started with the recitation of the Holy Quran and followed by the recitation of Na’ats, poetry, speeches and views by the guest speakers.

A large number of students, teachers, parents and community members attended the session with full religious fervour.

The guest speakers addressed the audience and highlighted the significance of various aspects of the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) to understand the true essence of his message.

The occasion of Eid Milad un Nabi was graced by Chief Guest Dr. Abdullah bin Saeed Al Moamri along with Dr. Hilal Al Lawati, Defence Attache of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Dr. Ikram Burney, Dr. Zahid Qamar, the Chairman Board of Directors Ameer Hamza, Members Board of Directors, Senior Principal Nasir Nawaz and other dignitaries.

Na’ats were recited by the renowned Na’at Khawans Asif Raza Sultan, Ghulam Murtaza Qadri and Jamil Zaidi.

Nasheed was recited by the PSM student Yasmeen Muhammad. Na’at was recited by PSM teacher Muhammad Faraz.

The renowned poet Qamar Riaz also recited the Na’at in versatile form.

The Chief Guest and others addressed the audience on this auspicious occasion to pay homage to the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him). Souvenirs were presented to the honourable guests. The spiritual session ended with the prayer “Dua’a”.
