PM Shehbaz Sharif Arrives in Jeddah for Four-Day Visit to Strengthen Pakistan-Saudi Arabia Ties

Jeddah, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in Jeddah for a four-day official visit to Saudi Arabia, aimed at strengthening the longstanding ties between the two countries. Upon his arrival at the airport, the Prime Minister was warmly received by the Deputy Governor of Makkah, Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Accompanying the Prime Minister is a high-level delegation, which includes Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Federal Ministers, and senior government officials.

During the visit, Prime Minister Sharif is set to meet with Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman. The leaders will engage in discussions focused on boosting trade, enhancing cooperation in key sectors, and fostering deeper economic collaboration between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

This visit underscores the deep-rooted historical relations between the two nations and aims to pave the way for increased mutual understanding. The Prime Minister’s visit is expected to strengthen cooperation in trade and investment while promoting greater diplomatic coordination on bilateral, regional, and global matters.
