President Erdoğan Congratulates President Ilham Aliyev on Ramadan Holiday

Ankara, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of the Ramadan holiday.
