President Ilham Aliyev Approves “Azerbaijani Culture – 2040” Strategic Concept

Baku, The Gulf Observer: President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order approving the “Azerbaijani Culture – 2040” Cultural Concept, outlining the strategic direction for the development of Azerbaijan’s cultural sector.

The Order tasks the Ministry of Culture with coordinating the implementation of the measures set out in the concept and submitting an annual report to the President on the progress achieved.

Monitoring and evaluation of the concept’s implementation will be conducted by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, acting at the request of the Ministry of Culture.
