President Ilham Aliyev Congratulates Serbian Counterpart on National Holiday

Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has sent a congratulatory letter to Aleksandar Vučić, President of the Republic of Serbia, on the occasion of Serbia’s national holiday.
In his message, President Aliyev extended heartfelt congratulations on his own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan to President Vučić and the people of Serbia, conveying his sincere best wishes.
The Azerbaijani leader expressed satisfaction with the current level of bilateral relations, describing Serbia as a friendly country and a reliable strategic partner. He noted that ties between the two nations, built on mutual support and trust, continue to develop comprehensively and gain new momentum.
President Aliyev emphasized that regular high-level reciprocal visits and active political dialogue have created favorable conditions for strengthening cooperation and further deepening the strategic partnership. He also fondly recalled his recent meeting with President Vučić in Davos.
Highlighting the importance of sustained collaboration, the Azerbaijani president voiced confidence that traditional relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation—both bilaterally and within multilateral frameworks—would continue to expand in line with the interests of both peoples.
Concluding his message, President Aliyev wished President Vučić good health, happiness and success in his endeavors, and extended his wishes for lasting peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Serbia.
