President Ilham Aliyev Inspects New Public Park in Baku’s Nasimi District
Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, conducted an inspection of a newly developed park located between Zarifa Aliyeva and Richard Sorge streets and Neftchilar Avenue in Baku’s Nasimi district. The park, transformed through comprehensive landscaping and reconstruction, aims to offer an inviting environment for both residents and visitors, NHC reports.
Eldar Azizov, Head of the Baku City Executive Authority, provided the President with details on the enhancements. The project included the replacement of old asphalt with modern pedestrian pathways, updated landscaping, and energy-efficient lighting installations. In addition to these improvements, the park now features new seating areas and a children’s playground, designed to enhance the leisure experience for families and individuals alike.
The initiative reflects ongoing efforts to improve public spaces and urban aesthetics in Baku, contributing to the city’s appeal as a vibrant and welcoming metropolis.
