President Ilham Aliyev meets with Charles Michel

Brussels, The Gulf Observer: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived on a business visit to the Kingdom of Belgium on July 14 at the invitation of the President of the Council of the EU Charles Michel.

According to media reports that the President of the Council of the European Union Charles Michel welcomed the head of state Ilham Aliyev at the headquarters of the Council of the European Union.

Then President Ilham Aliyev had a meeting with the President of the Council of the European Union Charles Michel.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude to the President of the Council of the European Union Charles Michel for the invitation to the business trip.

Expressing his gratitude for Charles Michel’s efforts towards the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, our head of state emphasized that the Brussels format is effective.
During the conversation, views were exchanged on trilateral talks to be held tomorrow with the participation of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of the Council of the European Union Charles Michel and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, as well as peace talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
