Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has warmly responded to a message of gratitude expressed by President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian, reaffirming the enduring bond between the two neighboring nations.
In a statement shared on his official account on X, President Aliyev expressed appreciation for the sentiments conveyed by his Iranian counterpart, noting that the Azerbaijani people deeply value the acknowledgment of support extended to Iran.
“The expression of gratitude by the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, my brother President Masoud Pezeshkian, to the Azerbaijani people and state for the support provided is highly appreciated by our people,” President Aliyev stated.
