President Mirziyoyev to Attend Key Summits in Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan is set to embark on working visits to Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan from November 11 to 13, where he will participate in high-level international summits addressing pressing regional and global issues.

On November 11, at the invitation of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, President Mirziyoyev will attend the Arab-Islamic Extraordinary Summit in Saudi Arabia. The summit will focus on the escalating crisis in Gaza and Lebanon, with leaders expected to discuss urgent measures for a peaceful resolution of the Middle East conflict.

Following this, the Uzbek leader will travel to Azerbaijan on November 12-13 to attend the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Invited by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, President Mirziyoyev will join global leaders in discussions on climate action and sustainable development.

During both summits, President Mirziyoyev is scheduled to deliver addresses and hold meetings with various heads of state and international organization representatives.
