President of Turkmenistan to Join Moscow Victory Day Parade

Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: In a significant announcement from the Administration of the President of Russia, it has been confirmed that His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan, will participate as an honorary guest in the forthcoming military parade marking the 79th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945.
Joining President Berdimuhamedov in attendance will be a distinguished gathering of world leaders, including His Excellency Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus; His Excellency Kasym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan; His Excellency Sadyr Japarov, President of the Kyrgyz Republic; His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Tajikistan; His Excellency Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; His Excellency Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, President of the Republic of Cuba; His Excellency Thongloun Sisoulith, President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic; and His Excellency Umaro Sissoco Embaló, President of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.
In a solemn gesture of remembrance and reverence, these esteemed leaders, alongside the President of the Russian Federation, His Excellency Vladimir Putin, will partake in a poignant wreath-laying ceremony at the hallowed Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
As conveyed by TASS in a recent report, Yuri Ushakov, an assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, disclosed during a briefing that the leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) nations will converge in Moscow on May 8, where they will be cordially welcomed to a convivial dinner organized by Russia.
Furthermore, Ushakov elaborated that subsequent to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) summit scheduled for May 8, the presidents of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan will join the assembly of participants, which includes the leaders of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan.
The grand military parade, commemorating the 79th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, is slated to transpire on the iconic Red Square in Moscow on May 9, a momentous occasion symbolizing unity, valor, and the enduring spirit of triumph.
