President Shavkat Mirziyoyev Arrives in Washington to Attend Inaugural Board of Peace Summit

Washington, D.C., The Gulf Observer: Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, arrived in Washington together with his spouse on a working visit to the United States.
At Andrews Air Force Base, the Head of State was welcomed by Carolyn Lamm, Chairman of the Board of the American–Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Joint Staff of the Mississippi National Guard James Hankins, and other officials. Upon arrival at the designated residence in Washington, President Mirziyoyev was also greeted by Special Envoy of the President of the United States Paolo Zampolli.
During his visit, President Mirziyoyev is scheduled to participate in the first summit of the Board of Peace. The visit will also include a series of business engagements aimed at strengthening economic cooperation and expanding bilateral ties between Uzbekistan and the United States.
The working visit underscores Uzbekistan’s commitment to advancing international dialogue and enhancing partnerships across political and economic spheres.
