Efforts to boost livestock production and food security were also prioritized, with plans to establish breeding centers, expand pastureland, and implement 78 livestock projects worth 2.1 trillion UZS.

Tourism development featured prominently in the agenda, with expansion plans for destinations such as Amirsoy and Beldersay, alongside new ski resorts, eco-tourism sites, and hospitality infrastructure aimed at increasing accommodation capacity to 35,500 beds and attracting 16.5 million tourists.
