Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to Attend National-Level Deepavali Madani Open House 2025

Kuala Lumpur, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is set to attend the national-level Deepavali Madani Open House 2025, scheduled for next Saturday (Oct 18) at Lot F, KL Sentral.
Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo announced that the event, which will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., is open to the public as part of efforts to celebrate Deepavali in the spirit of unity and harmony.
“This celebration is an opportunity for all of us to come together as one big Malaysian Madani family. I invite everyone to join us in making this year’s Deepavali Madani celebration a joyous occasion,” Gobind said.
He made the remarks after attending the Ministers’ Forum: Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Future Workforce, held in conjunction with the International Young Future Leaders Summit (iFuture) 2025. The forum also featured Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil.
Gobind noted that the Prime Minister’s presence would further enliven the festivities, underscoring the event’s significance as a symbol of Malaysia’s unity and inclusivity.
Deepavali, the Festival of Lights, will be celebrated nationwide on October 20.
