Qarabağ Scores Last-Gasp Winner to Beat Eintracht Frankfurt 3–2 in UEFA Champions League

Baku, The Gulf Observer: Azerbaijan’s football club Qarabağ secured a dramatic 3–2 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt with a last-gasp goal in Matchday 7 of the UEFA Champions League league phase at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium on Wednesday.
Qarabağ made a fast start as Camilo Durán opened the scoring in the fourth minute. The visitors responded swiftly, with Can Uzun leveling the score for Eintracht Frankfurt in the 10th minute.
The match remained closely contested until the latter stages, when Fares Chaibi converted a penalty in the 78th minute to put the German side ahead 2–1. Qarabağ, however, reacted immediately, as Durán struck again to score his second goal of the night and restore parity at 2–2.
The decisive moment came deep into stoppage time, when defender Bahlul Mustafazade found the net in the 90+4th minute to seal a memorable victory for the Azerbaijani champions.
With the result, Qarabağ moved to 10 points ahead of the final matchday of the league phase and remain firmly in contention for a top-24 finish. The Azerbaijani side will travel to Liverpool for their final fixture, where a positive result could secure qualification for the next stage.
