Russia’s Novgorod Region Prepares for Business Mission to Turkmenistan

Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The Novgorod Region of the Russian Federation is actively preparing for a business mission to Turkmenistan, scheduled for March 16-18, 53 Novosti reports. In preparation for this important visit, entrepreneurs from the region held an online meeting with the Russian Trade Representative in Turkmenistan, Andrey Khripunov. The event was organized by the Novgorod Export Support Center to help local businesses better understand the market dynamics and establish valuable business connections.
According to Alexey Syrnikov, Director of the Novgorod Export Support Center, such meetings serve as an essential tool for businesses aiming to enter new markets. He emphasized the importance of preparation and strategic planning to enhance trade relations.
Denis Nosachev, Minister of Investment Policy of the Novgorod Region, noted that trade turnover between Turkmenistan and the region has been gradually increasing. He stated that the upcoming mission will serve as a significant step toward further strengthening economic cooperation between the two sides.
During the meeting, Andrey Khripunov provided detailed insights into working with Turkmen partners, discussing key aspects such as state regulations, trade turnover structures, and logistics challenges. His guidance is expected to help Novgorod entrepreneurs navigate the Turkmen market effectively and maximize business opportunities.
