Saudi authorities to adopt new strategy for pilgrim service

Jeddah, The Gulf Observer: Sheikh Abdurrahman Al-Sudais, head of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, has announced that the presidency’s service system will adopt a new strategy and modern identity.

“With the beginning of the new year 1445 AH, the presidency will witness a new strategy … enriching the experience of (pilgrims and worshippers) and … empowering young men and women in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030,” he said in a statement.

The strategy is set to be implemented at the beginning of the new Islamic year on Wednesday, July 19, the authority said.

Al-Sudais noted the significant developments in the agency’s system of services in recent years and emphasized the need for the presidency to continue to prioritize the convenience and comfort of pilgrims
