SEFFY Awards 2025 Nominations Open to Celebrate UAE’s Startup Ecosystem
Sharjah, The Gulf Observer: The Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SEF) has announced the opening of nominations for the prestigious SEFFY Awards 2025, aimed at honoring the achievements of startup founders and mentors in the UAE. The awards recognize visionaries, enablers, trailblazers, and changemakers across the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Organized by the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa), the SEFFY Awards are a key highlight of the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival, the largest event of its kind in the region. The awards will celebrate remarkable contributions in five categories: Outstanding Mentor, Social Impact, Technology, Ecosystem Enabler, and Rising Star.
The initiative reflects Sheraa’s commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and fostering innovation. “Winning a SEFFY Award provides a springboard for growth and opportunity, with awardees gaining increased visibility, industry recognition, and access to Sheraa’s global network of investors, markets, and collaborators,” said Abeer Al Ameeri, Head of Partnerships and Programs at Sheraa.
Nominations are open until January 19, 2025, and interested entrepreneurs, mentors, corporates, and ecosystem contributors can submit their applications at sharjahef.com/seffy-awards-2025. Nominees must be UAE-based, with winners to be announced during SEF 2025, scheduled to take place on February 1–2, 2025, at the Sharjah Research, Technology, and Innovation Park.
The SEFFY Awards 2025 aim to spotlight resilience and innovation in the UAE, amplifying the achievements of its winners while unlocking new pathways for expansion and impact.
