Geology is of strategic importance in providing resources for our country’s growing economy. In recent years, 1 trillion soums per year have been allocated to this area, and the necessary conditions are being created. As a result, exploration of 31 thousand square kilometers of new areas was carried out.
Thanks to the opportunities created for the private sector, investors are attracted to the development of deposits. Today, investment projects worth US$1.7 billion are being implemented in the industry.
At the same time, there are many untapped opportunities in the field. The deposits and the scale of their development can be expanded.
