South Korean company to manufacture charging equipment for EVs in Ferghana
Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The chairman of the management board of the South Korean AHA company, Koo Gi Do, met with Khairullo Bozorov, the governor of the Ferghana region, to discuss the company’s planned project of producing electric vehicle charging equipment in Ferghana.
The AHA company is implementing an investment project in Fergana, and the small industrial zone established in the eco-city will be the location of the project. The governor emphasized the importance of supporting the production of electric cars and their components to reduce harmful gas emissions into the air and expressed his support for the successful implementation of the project.
AHA company’s investment in a facility in Karaganda, Kazakhstan, has resulted in the production of liquid crystal electronic-boards that are exported to other Central Asian countries, including Uzbekistan. Bozorov suggested that the company also establish the production of electronic boards in Fergana.
