TABIA Group Opens Hilton Garden Inn Agdam, Strengthening Tourism Infrastructure in Karabakh

Agdam, The Gulf Observer: TABIA Group has successfully delivered its second large-scale hospitality project in the city of Agdam with the official opening of Hilton Garden Inn Agdam, marking a significant milestone in the development of modern tourism infrastructure in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories.
The project is aimed at supporting the sustainable development of the region, introducing internationally recognized hospitality standards, and contributing to the socio-economic revitalization of Karabakh. As part of Hilton’s global portfolio, Hilton Garden Inn Agdam reflects the continuation of TABIA Group’s strategic regional investment policy and follows the company’s first hotel project in the city, Agdam City Hotel.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the official opening ceremony on December 23. The launch of the hotel holds particular importance for the expansion of tourism services in the Karabakh region and the establishment of facilities that meet international quality and service standards.
Managed by TABIA Group, Hilton Garden Inn Agdam has been designed as a modern hospitality complex consisting of three blocks with 2, 6, and 7 floors. The hotel features 127 guest rooms across various categories, along with a restaurant, social and dining areas, conference facilities, event and banquet halls, an indoor swimming pool, and a fully equipped fitness center. All elements of the property have been developed in accordance with Hilton’s global brand standards, ensuring high levels of comfort and service for guests.
The opening of the hotel has created 120 permanent jobs, underscoring TABIA Group’s commitment to generating employment opportunities and enhancing the social well-being of local communities. Strategically located, the hotel is situated near key infrastructure facilities, including the Agdam Railway and Bus Terminal Complex, the Agdam Mugham Music Center, the Agdam Industrial Park, and other important public institutions.
The foundation stone of the project was laid in 2022 with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva. In February 2024, the progress of construction works was reviewed on site, reflecting the project’s steady advancement.
