Tajikistan, Egypt Explore Expansion of Bilateral Industrial Cooperation

Dushanbe, The Gulf Observer: Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan, Aziz Nazar, held talks with Egypt’s Ambassador to Tajikistan, Tomir Fathi Abdussalam Hammad, to review the current state of bilateral industrial cooperation and explore avenues for its further development, according to media reports.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed prospects for expanding collaboration in key sectors, including pharmaceuticals, textiles, food production, and mechanical engineering. Both parties underscored the importance of leveraging existing capacities, promoting the exchange of expertise, and adopting modern technologies to advance joint industrial initiatives.

They emphasized that the effective utilization of available potential could create a solid foundation for implementing mutually beneficial projects and launching new ventures in the industrial sphere.

The Tajik and Egyptian representatives also expressed their readiness to intensify practical cooperation and maintain a constructive and forward-looking dialogue aimed at strengthening economic ties between the two countries.
