Tashkent to host ECO Transport Ministers meeting

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: On November 2, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, will host the 12th meeting of the transport ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) member states.

According to the Ministry of Transport, issues of enhancing cooperation in trade and transport communications will be discussed at the meeting. In particular, the parties will consider the prospects for the development of existing transport corridors in the region and the creation of new transport corridors, increasing the efficiency of their use. Attention will be paid to strengthening interaction between Uzbekistan and foreign partners.
