Astana, The Gul f Observer: President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has received a letter from President of the United States Donald Trump, according to media reports quoting the President’s Advisor and Press Secretary Aibek Smadiyarov.

In the letter, President Trump expressed his appreciation for the meeting with President Tokayev during the inaugural session of the Board of Peace held in Washington in February.

The U.S. President highlighted the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation, stating that he looks forward to welcoming President Tokayev again at the next Board of Peace session. He also extended an invitation to the Kazakh leader to attend the upcoming G20 Summit scheduled to take place in Miami at the end of 2026.

According to Qazinform, President Tokayev had participated in the inaugural Board of Peace meeting, marking a significant step in fostering international collaboration on global peace initiatives.

The exchange of correspondence underscores the growing diplomatic engagement between Kazakhstan and the United States, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation on global platforms.
