President Tokayev Welcomes Middle East Ceasefire Agreement Mediated by Pakistan

Astana, The Gulf Observer: President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has welcomed the successful achievement of a full ceasefire and truce in the Middle East, describing it as a significant step toward regional stability and global peace.
In an official statement, President Tokayev praised the agreement reached through the mediation efforts of Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff Asim Munir. He commended their diplomatic engagement in facilitating dialogue among the parties involved in the conflict.
The Kazakh leader noted that the breakthrough was made possible due to the goodwill and wisdom demonstrated by the President of the United States Donald Trump, alongside the senior leadership of Iran and other countries engaged in the hostilities.
President Tokayev expressed optimism that the ceasefire would prove durable and pave the way for lasting peace in the region. He further emphasized that sustained stability in the Middle East would contribute positively to global trade, economic development, and the prosperity of nations worldwide.
