Turkmenistan Airlines Adds Extra Flight on Ashgabat–Abu Dhabi Route

Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: Turkmenistan Airlines has announced the introduction of an additional flight on the Ashgabat–Abu Dhabi–Ashgabat route, increasing the frequency of air services between Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates, according to a statement published on the carrier’s official website.
The new flight will begin operating on January 4, 2026, and will be scheduled on Sundays. Under the expanded schedule, flight T5-827 will depart Ashgabat at 4:25 a.m. and arrive in Abu Dhabi at 5:55 a.m. The return service, flight T5-828, will depart Abu Dhabi at 7:25 a.m. and arrive in Ashgabat at 9:55 a.m.
The existing service on the route will continue to operate on Fridays. On that day, flight T5-825 departs Ashgabat at 5:45 p.m. and arrives in Abu Dhabi at 7:15 p.m., while the return flight, T5-826, departs Abu Dhabi at 9:00 p.m. and arrives in Ashgabat at 12:30 a.m. the following day.
The expanded flight schedule is aimed at improving transport accessibility and further developing passenger traffic between Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates.
In a separate development, Turkmenistan Airlines in July launched its first direct flight from Ashgabat to Seoul, the capital of South Korea, marking another step in the carrier’s efforts to expand its international route network.
