Turkmenistan demonstrates commitment to implementing projects with Afghanistan: TDH

Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The state news agency of Turkmenistan TDH published a commentary on the ongoing implementation of joint infrastructure projects with Afghanistan.

In particular, the news agency recalls the recent visit of the Turkmen delegation to the province of Herat, where the progress of construction of the TAP (Turkmenistan – Afghanistan – Pakistan) power transmission line and the TAPI (Turkmenistan – Afghanistan – Pakistan – India) gas pipeline were discussed.

The source expresses the opinion that these projects demonstrate a constructive foreign policy of Turkmenistan aimed at strengthening peace and security in the region. The importance of the TAPI gas pipeline for the formation of a modern energy security architecture is particularly highlighted.
