U.S. appreciates transportation of goods to Garabagh via Lachin, Aghdam roads

Washington, The Gulf Observer: The United States of America welcomes the transportation of goods to Garabagh via both Lachin and Aghdam roads, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said, APA reports.

“We encourage direct negotiations to increase the flow of aid,” he said.
