U.S. Under Secretary Allison Hooker Pays Tribute at Alley of Martyrs
Baku, The Gulf Observer: As part of her visit to Azerbaijan, U.S. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Allison Hooker on Thursday visited the Alley of Martyrs in Baku.
During the solemn visit, Hooker honored the memory of Azerbaijani heroes who sacrificed their lives for the nation’s independence and territorial integrity. She laid flowers at their graves and observed a moment of respect in their remembrance.
The U.S. Under Secretary of State conveyed her deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives as a result of the conflict, reaffirming the United States’ sympathy and solidarity.
