UAE National Media Office Announces Launch of BRIDGE Summit 2025 in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: The UAE National Media Office (NMO) has announced the launch of the BRIDGE Summit, set to take place from December 8 to 10, 2025, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The summit is poised to become the world’s largest gathering of leaders in media, culture, and creative industries, alongside policymakers, offering a global platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Spanning over 1.65 million square feet across six zones and seven dedicated content tracks, the event is expected to welcome more than 60,000 participants, including creators, producers, artists, publishers, entrepreneurs, investors, universities, and research centres. With more than 400 global speakers and 300 exhibitors, BRIDGE Summit will host the world’s largest collective marketplace for media, content, and entertainment.
Over three days, the summit will feature more than 300 activities, including 200 panel discussions, 50 workshops, and a wide range of interactive sessions designed to foster cross-sector collaboration. Participants will be able to forge partnerships, strengthen production ecosystems, and exchange expertise with global industry leaders.
The summit will span the full spectrum of media and content industries, including music, cinema, television, digital platforms, publishing, social media, and translation, while also showcasing emerging sectors such as gaming, augmented and virtual reality, design, architecture, and cultural products.
Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the UAE National Media Office, Chairman of the UAE Media Council, and Chairman of BRIDGE, described the summit as a transformative milestone.
“BRIDGE Summit is more than a gathering of specialists; it is a step towards building a shared global consciousness that recognises the lasting influence of content on minds, markets, and the future,” he said. “The summit redefines the role of media, content, and creative platforms as strategic drivers of development, while strengthening national identity and building new bridges of understanding and exchange between nations.”
He added that the initiatives, partnerships, and projects launched through the summit will leave a lasting mark on the global creative landscape, reinforcing the UAE’s role as a hub for positive influence and transformative change.
The summit’s seven tracks will provide a panoramic view of global media and entertainment:
- Media Track: the evolution of newsrooms, platforms, audiences, and distribution.
- Creator Economy Track: monetisation models, fan communities, and brand partnerships.
- Music Track: digital production, streaming, rights, and AI composers.
- Gaming Track: esports, virtual worlds, game economies, and modding.
- Tech Track: AI breakthroughs, mixed reality, and future data tools.
- Marketing Track: strategies for storytelling, consumer insights, and influencer models.
- Picture Track: cinematic technologies, streaming originals, and immersive visual storytelling.
