UAE President Receives Call from Indonesian President Joko Widodo
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today received a phone call from His Excellency Joko Widodo, President of the Republic of Indonesia.
During the conversation, President Widodo conveyed his deep appreciation for His Highness Sheikh Mohamed’s pivotal role in strengthening the UAE-Indonesia relationship over the years, elevating it to a strategic level with a particular focus on developmental fields.
President Widodo also expressed his pride in the productive cooperation established with Sheikh Mohamed, noting that their collaboration had contributed to significant prosperity and growth for both nations and their peoples. He extended his best wishes for continued progress and prosperity to the UAE and its citizens.
In response, President Sheikh Mohamed thanked President Joko Widodo, whose second and final presidential term is nearing its conclusion, for his vital contributions to enhancing the bilateral relationship between the UAE and Indonesia. Sheikh Mohamed wished him continued health, happiness, and success in his future endeavors.
Both leaders expressed their satisfaction with the remarkable progress of bilateral relations at various levels and expressed optimism for further growth in the coming years, underpinned by the strong ties and shared values between the two nations.
