UAE President Receives French President Emmanuel Macron in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Saturday welcomed His Excellency Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, who is on a working visit to the United Arab Emirates.
The meeting took place at the Zayed National Museum in Abu Dhabi, where His Highness warmly received the French President. The two leaders exchanged New Year greetings and conveyed their best wishes for continued progress, prosperity, and well-being for both countries and their peoples.
During the talks, the two sides reviewed the historical and strategic relations between the UAE and France and discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation. Particular emphasis was placed on expanding collaboration in the fields of economy, investment, and culture, as well as renewable energy, advanced technology, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and other sectors aligned with the shared development visions of the two nations.
The meeting was attended by H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi; H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs; and H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, along with a number of ministers and senior officials.
Members of the delegation accompanying President Macron, including several ministers and senior officials, also attended the meeting.
Following the talks, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan hosted a luncheon in honor of President Macron and the accompanying delegation.
President Macron arrived in the UAE earlier in the day and was received at the Presidential Flight in Abu Dhabi by H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, together with several senior officials.
