UAE, Russia Presidents Discuss Strengthening Strategic Partnership in Phone Call
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, held a telephone conversation on February 8 with His Excellency Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, according to the media reports.
During the call, the two leaders discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation within the framework of the UAE–Russia strategic partnership, with a focus on advancing mutual development and shared interests.
The discussion also covered a range of regional and international issues of common concern. Both sides exchanged views on current regional developments and emphasized the importance of dialogue and peaceful solutions in supporting security and stability at the regional and global levels.
