UAE VP Forms Boards of Directors for Dubai Racing Club and Dubai Equestrian Club
Dubai, The Gulf Observer: In his esteemed capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, VP and Prime Minister of the UAE, has enacted pivotal decisions shaping the future of Dubai’s equestrian landscape.
Decision No. (24) of 2024 has been issued, heralding the formation of the Board of Directors for the prestigious Dubai Racing Club. Esteemed leadership falls under the chairmanship of Sheikh Rashid bin Dalmook bin Juma Al Maktoum, ensuring strategic direction and oversight. Joining the Board are Khalifa Thani bin Abood Al Falasi, alongside the Chief Executive Officer of the Club, contributing their expertise to steer the club’s endeavors to new heights.
Simultaneously, His Highness issued Decision No. (25) of 2024, marking the establishment of the Board of Directors for the esteemed Dubai Equestrian Club. Once again, Sheikh Rashid bin Dalmook bin Juma Al Maktoum assumes the role of Chairman, entrusted with guiding the club’s vision and mission. Complementing the leadership are Khalifa Thani bin Abood Al Falasi and the Director-General of the Club, pooling their knowledge and experience to advance the club’s objectives.
Both decisions, bearing the hallmark of His Highness’s visionary leadership, come into immediate effect from their date of issuance and will be formally published in the Official Gazette. With these decisive steps, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum reaffirms his unwavering commitment to the advancement of equestrian sports in Dubai, setting the stage for continued excellence and success in the realms of horse racing and equestrianism.
