UAE to send 16 planeloads of relief items to Pakistan

The UAE’s humanitarian assistance for the flood affected people of Pakistan

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: The UAE government was set to send 16 planeloads of relief goods including shelter tents, medicine and other aid material to Pakistan.

Ambassador of UAE to Pakistan H.E. Hamad Obaid Al Zaabi was also there.


 
Federal Minister for information and Broadcasting, Mariyam Aurangzeb, took to her twitter account and said that a plane for the flood victims, on the premier’s appeal, will land at the Noor Khan Airbase, 4:30 in the afternoon. This will be the first shipment.

In another tweet, Mariyam Aurangzeb said that 15 more UAE planes with important relief materials like shelter tents, medications and food items will land in Pakistan within the next few days.She shared both these tweets under the hashtag of PM relief fund.
