Uzbek FM meets with governor of Guangdong Province

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with Wang Weizhong, Governor of Guangdong Province (PRC).

During the negotiations, the parties discussed issues of expanding business cooperation, building up trade and economic ties, intensifying high-level exchanges with the regions of Uzbekistan, etc.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan also took part in the business forum in Guangzhou. More than 300 representatives of leading companies from the two countries took advantage of this unique opportunity to establish cooperation and strengthen existing contacts, discuss the implementation of new joint investment projects. In addition, a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding were signed during the event.
