Uzbekistan, Pakistan Discuss Strengthening Interparliamentary and Economic Cooperation

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tanzila Narbayeva, held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Uzbekistan, Ahmed Farooq, to discuss avenues for deepening bilateral relations.

The discussions focused on bolstering interparliamentary ties, recognizing their importance in fostering mutually beneficial cooperation. Both sides emphasized the need to expand collaboration in key areas, including trade, economy, investment, transport, and tourism.
