Uzbekistan Participates in China Overseas Investment Fair

Beijing, The Gulf Observer: A delegation led by the Hokim of Syrdarya region, Senator Akmaljon Mahmudaliyev, visited China to participate in the 14th China Overseas Investment Fair, organized by the China Overseas Development Association (CODA), according to media reports.
During the forum, the delegation engaged in productive meetings with CODA Chairman He Zhenwei and representatives from prominent organizations including Shenzhen Greater Bay, Jiangsu Famsun Group, and China Tianying. The discussions centered on key areas such as pharmaceutical development, green energy, agriculture, and waste processing, exploring opportunities for establishing collaborative efforts in these sectors.
The forum also saw active participation from representatives of the cultural sphere of the Syrdarya region. Vocalists from the regional branch of the State Philharmonic of Uzbekistan and the dance ensemble “Sirdaryo Navolari” showcased their talents, adding a cultural dimension to the event and highlighting the rich heritage of the Syrdarya region.
Senator Mahmudaliyev emphasized the importance of these discussions in fostering bilateral cooperation and enhancing the region’s development in diverse fields.
